GREEN BANANA FLOUR
HIGH IN FIBER + LOW IN SUGAR.
Green banana flour is made from whole, peeled green bananas selected just before they ripen and yellow. These green bananas are dried and then ground into flour to naturally contribute sweetness without sugar or high fructose corn syrup, so it’s Paleo and Keto-friendly. It is also an excellent source of resistant starch, a type of dietary fiber that benefits the good bacteria in our guts.
