Air Fried Brussels Sprouts with Spicy BBQ Aioli
Halo + Cleaver Kitchen
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of Halo + Cleaver Backyard Red BBQ Sauce
3 tablespoons honey mustard
2 tablespoons of Halo + Cleaver Perfect Ketchup
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
16 ounces brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved through the stems (cut larger ones into quarters)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Spicy BBQ Aioli
Make the spicy BBQ aioli: Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Heat air fryer to 400°F
To a medium mixing bowl add brussels sprouts, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
Place brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket.
Fry until brussels sprouts are golden, stirring halfway through, 15-20 minutes.
Transfer to a platter and serve with the spicy BBQ aioli.
